Payment Methods

You may pay with credit card or send a money to bank accounts.
If you want to send a money to our bank accounts, we’ll send you details about our bank accounts by email.

Your card is debited only when items in your order actually ship and not at the time your order is placed.

The main difference is that most credit card companies charge a customer's account when items are provided -- in our case, at the time the items are shipped. In contrast, most debit bank cards reserve funds at the time of the original transaction, making it appear as if payment has been collected.

We were unable to receive authorization from your bank or credit card company. Reasons for the decline include: insufficient funds, incorrect billing address or expiration dates, incomplete or inaccurate number. If you received a declined notice, please contact us.


How to Place an Order?

Placing your first order with Sahafium.Com is easy. Just follow these steps to order any of our great products online:

1. Click on any item you'd like to buy. You can click on an item's picture or descriptive link. You'll be taken to that item's Add Shopping Cart. On the My Shopping Cart, you'll see a detailed description of that item every page always visible in the upper right corner of the page.

2. Click Add to Cart to add that item to your Shopping Cart. The most recent additions to your Shopping Cart are always visible in the upper right corner of the page, and when you're ready to check out, just click Go To Checkout. You'll see the items you've added to your Shopping Cart along with the total price and the amount you save by shopping with Sahafium.Com. At this point you have several options:
If you're changing the Quantity, use the Quantity box and click Update Quantity.
If you're Removing an Item, click "Delete Item".

3. Click Checkout Now when you're ready to place your order and you'll be prompted to provide an email address.

4. Enter your email address and select that you're a new customer.

5. Create a password for future visits.

6. Click Continue and you'll be taken to the Shipping Page to enter your shipping address and to choose a shipping method.

7. Click Continue to go to the Payment Page. There are several ways to pay for your order.

8. Click Continue and you'll be taken to the Confirm Page. You'll find a summary of your order, but you will still have an opportunity to make changes from this page before you submit your order.

9. Clicking Send My Order is the last step. Be sure to click this button!

Finally, we'll display a page with your order number, which you may save for your records. You may also click View Your Receipt, which lists the details of your order and offers the option to print it by clicking Print This Receipt. We'll also send a confirmation email shortly.

General Information

1. Ship everything together -- This option helps you to minimize shipping costs by holding the shipment of your order until all items become available. However, you may have to wait longer to receive your order. In rare cases, we may ship your items in separate packages, but you will incur no additional shipping charges.

2. Ship items as they are available -- When you choose this option, each item will be shipped to you as it becomes available. You will pay the shipping costs for each package, but we make every effort to combine shipments so you receive your order as quickly as possible while minimizing shipping charges.

How to Cancel an Order.

Click the order status icon in the upper right corner of the page; you will be asked for your email address and password if you haven't already signed in. We'll display your orders in process and orders completed.

Click See Details for a specific order that hasn't shipped yet, and you'll have the opportunity to remove each item by checking the Remove box. Next, click Update Your Order and we'll ask you to confirm your choice. Confirm the removal of a single item by clicking Remove Item(s) and we'll redisplay your updated order details, including your new total. To cancel an entire order, simply remove each item.

What is your Shopping Cart?


Your Shopping Cart is a helpful shopping tool that always displays the items you have added to your cart without your having to switch back and forth between screens. It is always in the upper right corner.

How do I remove items from the Shopping Cart?

Simply click on the View Details link and click Delete Items next to the item you wish to remove.

After I have added items to the shopping Cart, how do I chek out?

Click go to checkout and yo will be taken to the shopping cart. From here checkout now to complete your order.

Does the subtotal displayed in the shopping cart include shipping and taxes?

No, the subtotal only includes the cost of the items in your shopping cart.



How to order?

How do I check the status of my order?

Click the order button located at the top right-hand corner of this page and follow the instructions.

What does order in process mean?

Order in process indicates that part or all of your order is still being filled. When all of the items in your order are shipped, the status will change to complete.

How will I know if my order is delayed?

We send out email notifications regarding order related issues including problems with credit card approval and item availability updates.

What notifications will I receive regarding my order?

The most frequent email notices we send are to confirm receipt of your order and to inform you as items in your order are shipped. We also send notifications abouth issues such as changes in the expected shippingtime frame, problems with billing and cancellation notices.

Can I add an items to an existing order?

Our fulfillment process begins immediately after receiving your order. Therefore, once an order is receiving it cannot be recalled to add new items.
